Venue: Faculty Offices in Abraka, Asaba and Oleh Campuses

Thursday, 20th July, 2017
Press Conference by the Vice-Chancellor
Time: 10.00a.m.Venue: Vice-Chancellor’s Conference Room.

Declaration of Arts Exhibition to mark the 11th Convocation Ceremony
Time: 11.00am
Venue: Fine and Applied Arts Department, Site II, Main Campus, Abraka.

Friday, 21st July, 2017
11th Convocation Lecture
Time: 11.00am
Venue: 1st 750 Sitting Capacity Theatre, Site III, Main Campus, Abraka.

Drama; Time: 4.00pm.
Venue: ATSCAN Hall, Site II

Saturday, 22nd July, 2017
11th Convocation Ceremony and Award of Honorary Degrees
Time: 9.00am
Venue: Indoor Sports Hall, Site III, Main Campus, Abraka.

It is mandatory for all graduands to pay for the following items irrespective of attendance at the Convocation Ceremony: (1) Order of Proceedings (2) Certificate, Scroll/Folder.
